★ PARKING: Our loft is centrally located between the Arch, Convention Center, and the Casino—means you’re within walking distance of our top attractions. However, due to our central location, street parking is not available. We offer a 7-day parking pass for just $72, giving you access for up to one week. It’s a simple and secure way to enjoy the city without the hassle of daily parking fees. ★ PETS: No Pets Allowed ★ CAMERAS: The apartment building has security cameras on the exterior (facing the front door of the building), interior hallways (facing down each hallway) , WIFI unit door locks have cameras and these cameras record 24/7

★ Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) and public transportation is readily available, or your feet will get you around just fine. The MetroLink light rail system has a stop right down the street for easy access to the major downtown attractions and central corridor. ★ PARKING: This unit is located in a very pedestrian-friendly neighborhood. Therefore, street parking is not allowed. There are a few paid parking lots to choose from at various rates and restrictions on coming and going. We offer an all-access parking card to a secure lot at a rate of $50 per week (minimum $50). This parking card allows you unlimited access to come and go from the lot with no restrictions.
