It’s a simple and secure way to enjoy the city without the hassle of hourly parking fees.

Absolute wonderful property, location and host. My 8 year old and I had the best time! The condo was super clean and had modern decor and appliances, all with clean lines and an overall lovely aesthetic; the views from inside the unit and rooftop are breathtaking. A 5 minute walk will get you to the edge of the Arch National Park and another 5 minutes will get you to the Arch itself. The City Museum is about 1.5 miles away and there are many restaurants around, but the standout for us was Cobblestone which is right next to Rachel's place - the owners are so kind and they have a coffee shop (I highly recommend the gooey butter latte), a deli/restaurant with phenomenal food, and a little market. Also, I purchased the optional parking pass and the lot was convenient, easy to park in (I have a mid-size SUV) and get in and out of. Any questions I had while there were answered immediately either by phone or text. I highly recommend staying here!

Rachel was a great host and communicated very well. I had a last minute change with traveling alone and I had concerns with safety, so Rachel ended up recommending another unit that had a lobby and more activity, in order for me to feel more comfortable. She accommodated me swiftly and even reached out the morning after I arrived to make sure I made it in safely, being that I arrived very late at night. The unit was very nice and comfortable. Although I could sometimes hear neighbors through the walls, it was not overly loud and constant. I utilized the parking option and had no issues up until the last night when the gate was not working. I reached out to Rachel and immediately informed me that someone was already on their way to fix it. A resident ended up informing me that the gate stops working all the time, also mentioning the inconvenience of not being able to reach anyone at the number listed on the parking meter. Overall, I had a great stay. The view and the area was amazing.

Staying at Rachael’s on The Landing was amazing! The view of The Arch is incredible as you enter the loft, waking up to that never gets old 🤩 You are actually just steps to the Arch grounds. Catch a St Louis Cardinals game while in town ⚾️ Convenient location to anything your heart desires while visiting, that list is huge!! Close to the airport and all the highways….55, 70, 44, 40/61, 270. Parking was convenient, right outside our window. The loft has all the necessities while traveling away from home 🏡 We would like to make this our go to AIRBNB while visiting St Louis. Thank you 😎

Rideshares are readily available, and the nearby MetroLink station offers easy access to the airport and other city highlights.
