It’s a simple and secure way to enjoy the city without the hassle of hourly parking fees. ★ CAMERAS: The apartment building has security cameras on the exterior (facing the front door of the building), interior hallways (facing down each hallway) , WIFI unit door locks have cameras and these cameras record 24/7 ★STAIRS: This building doesn't have an elevator, and 2 have to walk up two flights of stairs to get outside the unit. Once inside the unit, you have another flight of stairs to get to the apartment.

★ Public transportation is readily available, but your feet will get you around just fine. St. Louis's MetroLink light rail system has a stop just down the street for easy access to downtown and central corridor attractions. ★ PARKING: This unit is located in a very pedestrian-friendly neighborhood. Therefore, street parking is not allowed. There are a few paid parking lots to choose from at various rates and restrictions on coming and going. We offer an all-access parking card to a secure lot at a rate of $50 per week (minimum $50). This parking card allows you unlimited access to come and go from the lot with no restrictions.
